Project Goal: 
To analyze, manage, and optimize Shakil Education Group's Meta Ads campaigns and Facebook page presence to increase student inquiries/leads, brand awareness, and improve engagement within the target audience.

Platforms Managed: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Shakil Education Group Facebook Page.

Data Sources: Meta Ads Manager backend reporting, Facebook Page Insights.


Key Metrics Tracked:

i. Meta Ads: Amount Spent, Total Reach, Total Impressions, Link Clicks, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Mille (CPM), Cost Per Click (CPC), Meta Leads, Cost per Conversation.

ii. Facebook Page: Page Followers, Page Likes, Post Impressions, Post Engagement, Page Reach.

iii. Analysis Approach: Comparative analysis against the preceding period (Dec 25, 2024 - Feb 25, 2025) to measure growth and identify trends.

#4. Meta Ads Performance Highlights (Feb 22 - Apr 28, 2025 vs. Previous Period)


Amount Spent: $6,720.87 (an increase of +283.46% from $1,752.67 to scale results)

Total Reach: 6,007,014 (a massive +1,554.97% increase from 360,789)

Total Impressions: 15,902,360 (an +1,216.76% increase from 1,207,686)

Total Link Clicks: 39,553 (a significant +382.77% increase from 8,193)

Meta Leads (Conversations Initiated): 6,446 (an +434.94% increase from 1,205)

Average CPM (Cost Per 1,000 Impressions): $0.42 (a -70.88% decrease from $1.45, showing ads were served much more cost-effectively)

Average CPC (Cost Per Link Click): $0.17 (a -20.57% decrease from $0.21, indicating more efficient click generation)

CTR (Link Click-through Rate): 0.25% (a decrease of -63.34% from 0.68%). 


#5. Facebook Page Performance Highlights (Feb 22 - Apr 28, 2025 vs. Previous Period)


The Shakil Education Group Facebook page also saw positive growth in key metrics:

Page Followers: 100,914 (steady growth, +0.87% from 100,246)

New Page Likes: 675 (a significant turnaround from -103 in the previous period)

Total Impressions (Page Content): 14,529,890 (an +360.00% increase from 1,512,492)

Total Engagement of Posts: 127,986

Page Reach: 12,116,610 (an +883.94% increase from 1,231,436)

Post Performance: Photo posts garnered the highest number of reactions (1,250 reactions from 37 photo posts).


The period from February 22 to April 28, 2025, marked a phase of exceptional growth and improved efficiency for Shakil Education Group's Meta advertising and Facebook presence. 

Me and my team's efforts resulted in:

  • Exponential increase in brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Significant improvements in cost-effectiveness (lower CPM, CPC, Cost per Lead).
  • Actionable insights for future campaign enhancements.
